We usually ship the same or the next business day. You will get an e-mail with tracking information once the parcel is on its way. Delivery time depends on where in the country you live.

Where is the filament produced?

All our filament is produced locally in Manger outside Bergen. When you buy from us you support Norwegian industry and jobs in rural Norway.

When will ABS, PETG, ASA, CF and PEEK be in stock?

Right now we are focusing on PLA. ABS and PETG come next, then ASA and carbon fibre, and finally PEEK. Sign up for our newsletter and we will e-mail you as soon as more materials are available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders over 1,499 kr. You can also collect your order free of charge in Manger or Bergen.

What is your returns policy?

You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something is wrong with the filament, contact us at info@fjord3d.no and we will sort it out.
