Right of withdrawal and returns

is the legally binding one, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy or dispute.
Fjord3D AS is a Norwegian company and sales are governed by Norwegian law.
We operate a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you buy from within the EU or EEA you also always have at least the 14 day statutory right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@fjord3d.no. Returns must be sent to the following address: Mangersnesvegen 89A, 5936 Manger, Norway.
Damage and problems
Inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and put it right.
Warranty claims
In addition to the right of withdrawal we offer a 24 month warranty period if something turns out to be wrong with the product. This does not cover brittleness that develops with age in, for example, PLA and certain nylon materials.
Exceptions, items that cannot be returned
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14 day right of withdrawal in the EU and EEA
If the item is shipped within the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and tell you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you are automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and show the refund.
