Welcome to Fjord3D. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fjord3D AS. We operate this shop and this website, including all related information, content, tools, features, products and services, in order to give you, the customer, a tailored shopping experience (the "services").

The terms below, together with any policies referred to here (these "terms of use"), describe the rights and responsibilities you have in connection with your use of the services.

Please read these terms of use carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our services you agree that you are bound by these terms of use and by our privacy policy. If you do not accept these, you must not use or access our services.

Part 1, access and account

By accepting these terms you confirm that you have at least reached the age of majority where you live. To use the services you may be asked to provide certain information, such as e-mail address, billing information, payment information and shipping information. You confirm that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or license your account to another person.

Part 2, our products

We have done our best to represent our products and services accurately in the online shop. Please note, however, that colours and product appearance may differ somewhat from how they look on your screen, depending on your device and display settings.

All product descriptions may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the quantity we offer to individuals or regions.

Part 3, orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Fjord3D reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until we confirm that it has been accepted, and we must have received your payment before the order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Your purchases qualify for returns and exchanges in accordance with our right of withdrawal. Your purchases are for private use only, not for commercial resale.

Part 4, prices and billing

Prices, discounts and campaigns may change without notice. The price that applies to a product is the price that was valid at the time of ordering, and is set out in the order confirmation e-mail. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, which is calculated separately at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases, and you confirm that the payment information you provide is genuine and that you are entitled to use the chosen payment method.

Part 5, shipping and delivery

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. When we hand the products over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you.

Part 6, intellectual property

Our services, including trade marks, text, images, graphics, product reviews and design, are owned by Fjord3D AS or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.

These terms allow you to use the services only for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from material in the services without our prior written consent.

Part 7, optional tools

You may access certain third party tools through the services (for example payment providers). We have no control over these and provide access "as is" without warranties. Any use of such tools is at your own risk.

Part 8, third party links

The services may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such websites. If you choose to leave our services to visit a third party site, you do so at your own risk.

Part 10, privacy policy

All personal data we collect through the services is subject to our privacy policy. By using the services you confirm that you have read it.

Part 11, feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback or reviews, you grant us the right to use, reproduce and publish these in connection with operating and marketing the services. You warrant that you are entitled to share such feedback, and that it does not infringe third party rights and is not unlawful or defamatory.

Part 12, errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Typographical errors, inaccurate information or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, campaigns and offers may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors, and to change or cancel orders if something is incorrect, including after the order has been submitted.

Part 13, prohibited uses

You may use the services only for lawful purposes. Among other things, you may not use the services to break the law, infringe the intellectual property rights of others, harass or threaten anyone, submit misleading information, send unsolicited advertising (spam), or interfere with the security of the services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for such use.

Part 14, termination

We may terminate your access to the services at our discretion and without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Part 15, disclaimer of warranties

The information presented through the services is made available for general information purposes, without warranties as to accuracy or completeness. The services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Part 16, limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither Fjord3D AS nor our employees, partners or suppliers shall be liable for indirect loss, consequential damages or lost profits arising in connection with your use of the services, unless otherwise required by mandatory Norwegian consumer law.

Part 17, indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fjord3D AS against losses, claims and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of applicable law, or your use of the services.

Part 18, severability

If one or more provisions of these terms are found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Part 19, entire agreement

These terms, together with the policies we publish on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the services, and supersede all prior agreements on this subject.

Part 20, assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations without your consent.

Part 21, governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be sought resolved amicably, and may otherwise be brought before the Norwegian courts, with the venue of Fjord3D AS as the starting point.

Part 22, headings

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these terms.

Part 23, changes to the terms of use

We may update or change these terms of use at any time by publishing an updated version on the website. The changes take effect from the time of publication.
